Kia Ora hotel

On the idyllic atoll of Rangiroa in French Polynesia, located two days by boat from Tahiti, Carlo Giannella took part in the renovation and transformation of a typical Polynesian hotel.

From conception to creation, including decoration and furniture design, Carlo and his team took charge of the entire project.

In this unique destination, the traveler is in intimate contact with exuberant nature in a luxurious and sober setting at the same time. Each of the rooms has been designed in such a way as to remove the boundaries between interior and exterior. The symbiosis with nature is perfect thanks to the natural materials from local production, the garden walls made of blocks of coral and especially the rooms whose architecture minimizes the energy input.
