Carlo Giannella took part in an architectural competition to redesign the largest building facade on Avenue Charles de Gaulle, linking Porte Maillot to La Défense. The renovation project consisted, without impacting the existing one, in transforming the facade of this building, property of a famous mutual pension fund, using airy and vaporous elements.

The challenge was to create an impression of flexibility and lightness, we imagined a storefront made of metal mesh banners. These elements are like the wings of an aircraft and give the impression of waves caressing the structure of the building.

The presence of large glazed prisms in meeting or relaxation spaces creates a floating effect in harmony with the free and light spirit. of the project
